Looks like another kidney stone.

I suppose I should say "feels like another kidney stone" as there are no outward appearing symptoms of kidney stones.

Anyway, I'm heading to the hospital.

Not sure how I'll get home, as I fully expect to be pumped full of the good drugs, but that is something I will deal with later.
