between having FMIL living with us, trying to get our duckies in a row to buy a house, planning a wedding, and the little curve balls life throws at you from time to time, life has been uber-stressful lately.  something had to give.  that Something is the wedding.  a few nights ago, my lovely hubby-to-be and I mutually agreed to put all wedding

Good call. There is nothing wrong with life simplification.

I still vote for eloping though. My sister botched her elopement, and 70 people showed up for an impromptu wedding, so botched elopment works too. : )
