Don about Larry's ice cream...
That scene always made me upset because it gives the impression that there's something wrong with liquid nitrogen ice cream. Let me just tell you - it's delicious!!! The liquid nitrogen instantly evaporates as it instantly freezes the milk and salt and sugar and flavoring. Throw some candy canes in there for peppermint ice cream and I'm freaking set. (What? I'm a chemist. When I was in grad school, every year for our Christmas party we would have peppermint liquid nitrogen ice cream and autoclave chili.) And shame on Charlie for also being hesitant. He's a scientist. He should know better than to think liquid nitrogen ice cream isn't yummy!
Dear, that's a great thing to know! And I loved it! how you were fascinated by the chemistry in the episode, the same way I'm always fascinated by the computers, or math! Gotta love them for give us that! Amita knew. I agree, this wasn't the best episod but I absolutely loved the family scenes and the end scene is priceless. I miss Numb3rs so much! This show was really great and of course, there was Don! My hero!!! :-))

Love Don! Miss the show all the time. Can't find any other show to watch, and I've tried. NCIS, CIS, Bones, all boring. lol! So, let's continue with the rewatch! :D
