Louis the osprey is back home, if Scotland is home - or possibly he has arrived for his holidays. Although my true darling is his mate Dorcha, so there is now an anxious time waiting to see if she has also made it back safely

I'm sure I used to read your local team's reports years ago, I got very familiar with the names of all the trouble spots on Cadair Idris! So I just need to remember their name...
