Aside from your other comments about Luna, you're also the only person I've heard that didn't like the way Bellatrix was portrayed.

As for Harry's actions, he was far worse in the book - so much is kept from him that he starts to really get snippy with everyone. And he was angry with Cho because he thought she'd betrayed Dumbledore's Army. It wasn't till the end that he found out she was given the Veratis potion.

As for it being darker...the book was darker than the previous three books. So is the next book.

And you didn't think there were any good witchery effects? What about the scene when Fred & George leave Hogwarts? What about the huge battle at the end at the Ministry of Magic? *G*

Who'd you see the movie with, the whole family? What'd they think of it?

It was actually Jessica's birthday party/movie so there were 4 girls around 9 with us. They thought it was fabulous although they all went 'eeeeeou' when Harry kissed that girl. Then when we suggested that Hermine (spell check please) liked Ron, well they all went "What? No way!",,,guess their not as grown up as they pretend or they would have seen through their emotional clumsyness (is that a word?).

If they didn't see the Ron/Hermione relationship coming, they haven't been reading the books either.

Clumsiness, I believe.

Hee, hopefully, they'll be more ready for things in the last two books/movies, 'cause the ride is about to get a lot bumpier!
