honestly, i dont really know what i could even say. The sudden arrival of an illness like this has to be one of the hardest things to deal with. My heart goes out to you and your family and i will keep your mom in my thoughts. I know we aren't exactly close or anything, but if there is anything you need help with or things like that just let me know and i will be there.

Oh Jon, I am so so sorry. I actually cried at the end of this entry. I can't imagine what it would be like to lose my mother the way you are losing yours. I pray for her sake that she's not in any more pain and that it goes quickly for her. I don't know what else to say besides stay strong and know that John and I are thinking of you and your family.

Jon, I'm so sorry. It's a little surreal for me to hear all this. In my mind, your mom is still the feisty lady who dumped a glass of cold water on your crotch because you left the toilet seat up.

It's so hard to see your parent in that condition, I know. I almost can't even imagine how difficult it must be to be dealing with all this. You're my best friend in the world, and I wish I could do something more than just offer support. Don't be afraid to call any time.

I am so sorry for what you're mother is going through. I can't even begin to imagine the feelings but you have my deepest sympathy.
