We spent $400 at the paediatrician today - the most money we've ever spent for either of the kids' medical fees ever. If either of them ever want to be a doctor when they grow up, I'd suggest that they become either a paediatrician (especially one who opens on Sundays and charges extra for it!) or a vet. not sure if it'll helps. i used to nebulize jerry while he is sleeping. i'll push him to the edge of the bed, so that i can hold the nebulizer upright (and cover the machine with blanket to drown out a bit of the noise) and he sleeps throughout! easy peasy!

struggling with the machine, the tears, the screaming when he is awake is sooooo tough, like committing bloody murder!

I tried using the nebuliser once when she was still asleep in her carseat, but I guess I didn't mask the motor noise enough because once it was turned on she woke up. Don't think I can do it otherwise because she sleeps on her tummy in her crib and it's hard to get the mask close enough. Plus she's a pretty light sleeper.

Right now she's small enough for me to hold still on my lap while I neb her, but once she's bigger and stronger I don't know how I'd ever do it. It's seriously bloody murder!

Maybe when she grows older, she wouldn't mind it as much. Jerry has outgrown the fear of nebulizing already. it just happened, not sure how. either case, we should just hope they never have to be nebulized! :)
