I need to change my lj name. Here are some ideas. I don't particularly love any of them but... Any comments, likes, dislikes, suggestions?

I like slactivist and wayofthedodo, I'm not sure, but i think lol is already taken.

you know, anyone looking at your doranosaurus journal can make a note of these names and then go looking for you when you eventually change it, right? If the reason for the change is to "hide", I recommend just keeping the doranosaurus journal and making a new one from scratch, rather than just changing the name... i think that you change the name and it automatically changes the name on your on your friends' flists, too. I guess you could remove people from your FL first and then change.

I don't want to hide from my current friends. I want to hide from people searching for doranosaurus. Or maybe I should just forget the whole thing. I've dl'ed my old journal so at least I have it if I should ever want to look at it, which is unlikely but you never know.

I guess I like the "prestige" of having a mature journal, one that is old nad has lots of entries. That's why I don't want to start a new one.

well, you could just add all your friends back and then they'll add you back. but i guess if there isn't anyone on your fl you're hiding from it prob doesn't matter.

i like 'sweaterpuppy' myself. I can't think of any good names, I hate picking names for stuff like this! I always have a million or none and either way it sucks to choose.
