“George, you will need to carry out the annexation of Puerto Rico.”

LOL! As a Puerto Rican, I found that part extremely funny. Well done!
Just so you know, there's hardly any change of seasons down there. ;)

hee! A sweet, fun, and funny OBHWF story. I loved the touches on each different member of the family. Nice job.

Very sweet. Fred was hilarious, and it was a nice look into everyone's thoughts.

I guess I'd just imagine Fred wanting to have one last laugh, even in death.

Hello hello! I'm so sorry I'm late, I've been at the hospital since Tuesday.

Anyway, thank you for an perfectly lovely fic. I love how the pov changes, and how, in the beginning, each person takes solace in their (wo/)man.

It reminds me somewhat of The Westing Game not even in premise, but in tone. It's so playful, I absolutely adore it!

Thank you. :)

Yuck! The hospital!? I hope you're doing better now.

You're welcome and I'm glad you enjoyed it. I had a huge hit of inspiration for it, and sadly it was just not as fluffy as I typically make my stories, but sometimes the muses just go that way.
