Another year nearly over!
It's been ages since I posted anything, yes I'm a bad person LOL!
I go into hospital tomorrow to have part of my Thyroid removed. My thyroid does have a normal function, but I have a massive lump on it (a nodule) and it's pressing on my windpipe, giving me an uncomfortable feeling all the time.

A Bit of Advice Please
We're off to Aruba in October and have just been looking at the hotel details. They list the breakfast as a 'Full American Breakfast' and my husband is panicking as he likes his full english breakfasts!
So my question is - what is a 'Full American Breakfast', so I can shut him up!
