All you food experts out there!

Now that I actually live literally one block away from work and can walk home for lunch, I am trying to get away from frozen dinners. (SOOO sick of them.) Now I'm not about to make a start from scratch three course meal or anything large. Unless I have STEP BY STEP very detailed instructions, I'm most likely to be standing there by the stove going ( Read more... )

We shall start an Alton Brown & Lemon fan club. I will bring the lemons to each meeting because I have two mutant lemon bushes that produces hoardes of lemons year round and I don't know what to do with all of them.

Hit me up tonight on AIM (daphidelia12) if you want, I have some good quick, yummy, nutritous recipes and am currently on a quest to find more, which I'll totally share with you if they turn out any good.

I found this online and made it a week or so ago. It's easy; it just took a long time to cut up all the zucchini. You need a large pot and skillet for the ingredients as listed but I don't think it would be a problem to cut them all in half. It tasted fine when reheated as well, so it's something you could make on a weekend and save for work ( ... )

I like baking (in microwave) a potato and putting different stuff on it, like broccoli with a little cheese.

Baby carrots and broccoli are cheap and can be cooked in a microwave too. Easier on the digestion and the cooking releases more vitamins.

Potatos are win. Eat the skins too! If washed properly and not covered in insecticide crap, they are very yummy and healthy!

I find that if I steam broccoli and add lemon, it is really quite delicious!

My Late response is late. >.>

I was actually considering doing that with a tortilla. Like a wrap. Once the friggen stores stop doing the eccolii crap. T_T

Especially since I recently learned a very easy way to make my own soft cheese. (It's cheaper and better to just buy it... But I want to try it for the lolz!)
