what i really loved about this was not that it was hot (even though it was) but because it was consistant and amused and the kink didn't take itself too seriously (if there's anything i dislike about fic it's kink that takes itself too seriously, because i'm not a hardcore kink fan).

lines like:
Gerard watched Frank fight with his binding for a bit, looking a lot like a frustrated mutt trying to free himself from the dogcatcher's noose.

and

The shower water was good and hot even if the pressure was approximately as forceful as Coldplay concert,

...really made me laugh (especially the second one) and the "father way" touch was really nice, particularly with the whole priest thing that shouldn't be as sexy as it is. there were just so many good moments in this i'd love to go through and pick them out, except it would just be me going "this was great!" and "so was this!" so i'll refrain.
