Baby Update
Went to OB/GYN last Thursday. Everything looks good for both baby and mom. Doc estimated we're 8-10 weeks along. She tried to find the heartbeat, as that supposedly occurs at 10 weeks. She couldn't find it, though.
Tomorrow, we go for the first ultrasound. We should get an almost-exact time, as well as good photos. :P -
Storm Update
We have returned home!
Power was restored sometime on Tuesday and we moved back in Wednesday. Cable came on later Wednesday night. -

Storm
As most of you in the country have heard, St. Louis had its worst power outage ever on Wednesday. A storm traveling southwest (very rare) ripped through the area, taking power from over 500,000 houses. On Friday, after that number had decreased to around 350,000, another storm ripped through the area, taking the number back to around 550,000. ( Read more... ) -
