Beautiful, as always. Nino just has a way of telling us a story through a song that not many people can do so well. *edit* According to a recent interview with Nino, the girlfriend had in fact passed away in the song. The lyrics have been changed a little to reflect that.

to me, the words describe the relationship of this guy to this same girl in niji, the way he describes how their umbrellas overlapped, and how he cant say his feelings in front of her/him. but it really spounds like it is dedicated to someone but regardless of the lyrics, the music itself sounds like a themesong to a teenage love drama. <3~ thankyou.

It IS the continuation of Niji when he said the same thing at the last lyric.

well if it is then it's a bit contradictory... because he says here that he couldn't say it back then but now he could. In Niji he did - and the girl blushed from it.

so if it is a continuation... it's not particularly a happy ending... (T^T)

I think it'd be better to say that they are in the same kind of series. There might be things that link them together and yet, they'll still have their own different endings.
