Due to too many hitches, delays and also due to me having several people claim to not get packages which I later found out they HAD in fact received, I will no longer be shipping to Canada unless you have an address I have confirmed delivery too before OR you are willing to pay the additional money for a package TRACKING number (rather than just a ( Read more... )

speaking of packages not received - i don't suppose you've gotten my one missing package back yet? i received the hydrangea yarn but not the other three hanks. usps = dorks. pp address is avallach@gmail.com

yeah i've been keeping an eye on it... i also called the main usps customer service *and* your local office and tried to track it down, but they both were like 'sorry, the computer just says we're supposed to expect it and there's no way to know where it's at, etc.'

i'm like.. ugh. get off your chair and go check the freaking mail truck! lol... who cares what the computer says! it's a dumb machine!

whatever happened to real live people solving problems instead of just reading something off of a screen?

I'm willing to pay more for a tracking number if it means I get all the beautiful yarn I order. It's frustrating, for both of us I'm sure, when it doesn't come.

That said, I'm not crocheting much these days, so I'm not ordering much, either.
