A small plane crashed on takeoff out of PAO this morning took out power for all of Palo Alto. my company is entirely shut down, can't get in the buildings, can't get to email, can't get to anything. We presented the offer yesterday and gave them until 8pm to respond. The anguished squirming was almost audible. The counter offer finally came in at 1am. We forgave them that delay, and I accepted the counter this morning at 10:15.

I'm not going to give out the address, as it could still fall through, but it really looks like it's going to

I keep having to remind myself: "No, stupid! You feel better because you finally broke down and took cold medicine!"
