Account is back, called blizzard, got a good csr on the phone, account restored. It was caught before anything could be stolen/taken/changed. I'm a happy camper. Key fob is on way.

I have tried to call billing/support still no luck. I have changed the pword multiple times, I was trying to log into forums and when it would tell me I had a bad password I would change it. Logged on early this morning to check auctions and boom...wants an authenticator. Someone has hacked my account. KERRY SMASH! Changed password on accnt, sent blizz an email. Sigh just what I need on a crazy monday. Need to call support asap. Freaking itunes app as authenticator makes it easier and no cost for thieves.

I went to Crazykitten's grandparents today to install a cable box and adapter...on my day off. I happily went through setting things up, doing the full install teaching them how to use it, programming things and everything.
