stream of conciousness update
Yesterday was pretty busy.
We went and cleaned up the other house, blown in insulation everywhere, dirt, junk ect. Went through things in the storage area. picked up 3 barrels worth of discarded shingles and random junk from the construction.
Then we grabbed the electric hedge trimmers and had a go out the pricker bushes that we creeping across the lawn. Ever seen the movie the Ruins? We joked about the vine being in that bush a good part of the afternoon.
After done with that, we headed back and put my new dresser in its place, much folding and laundry to be done today! by then it was about 5 and we were achy and bushed so we then ventured out to TGIFs and had drinks and a great dinner. A fun excursion to Build a bear netted crazykitten a new stuffed wabbit. We then came home and watched 13th warrior.
Thoroughly domestic day, with today being a day of relax maybe. I'm taking today off actually. Our flexible time at work (can be used for sick/personal/whatever) recycles on the 1st and well I have a week of it left. We can't carry over but we do get a pay out. However its taxed like a bonus so its almost better to just take the time. So I will be. I'll probably be taking half days just to alleviate the boredom per day.
