Is what Clow Reed did in CCS related to TRC??

During this TRC-less time [there are 2 more weeks to go *sigh*], I would want to write out this little theory that is in my mind for quite a while.  And thus I wanted to share or even "start-up" a discussion about this theory which surrounded about "Is what Clow Reed did in CCS??  Are they "actually" related with TRC??"

And btw, your theory falls apart the second you remember that Eriol was happy that Sakura and Yukito had chosen different people to love.

First of all, I admit I didn't "exact quote" it... I would say that because that was WAY long time ago... back in the old "TF" during the time when Seishirou mentioned about R|Syaoran's father. I don't expect myself to be able to "quote" your statement COMPLETELY!!! But I did quote the general idea!!

And second, it doesn't matter whether Eriol is happy about it or not regarding Sakura and Yukito pairing but that the "false" prediction that Clow made still stands in the memories of Eriol!!

Yes, it does matter whether Eriol is happy about Sakura and Yukito choosing other people. He's got Clow's memories and almost his same personality. If Eriol's happy, then I'm sure Clow would've been, too.

That, and Eriol was trying to fulfill Clow's wishes. If Clow was so against S/S, then Eriol wouldn't have been thrilled about it. And he wouldn't have actually helped Sakura figure out she loved Syaoran.

Well, I mean in CCS, Eriol clearly state that "No matter how much magic you have, hearts are hard to predict especially feeling of love". Even if we considered that Clow Reed has prepare everything like "creating Yue, letting Sakura close to Yukito and all that" but if the love feeling is not there!! [especially from Yukito side since he love Touya instead] I mean what do you expect him to do?? After everything that has happened, he can as well see clearly Sakura's feeling is with Syaoran and as well vice-versa from Syaoran. [though she is just dense that she didn't realize since she is so focus with her love to Yukito previously]. Should Eriol then proceed to break the couples apart? NO.. but just as Yuuko said, "if that's what they choose, we cannot do anything else but believe in them

Well ~~ I didn't think that far yet ^^;;; I only knew my suspicious thinking about Clow Reed~~ I guess I will express my speculation for FWR too... XD

Could Touya be the"unseen" thing by Clow Reed? I was thinking, if Touya wasn't around, what would Yukito's feelings be for Sakura? Was Touya not seen in Clows Dreams?

Just putting in some ideas...............

Hm... that is true~~ I wonder that as well... I mean Sakura does indeed fall in love with Yukito; and if Yukito didn't reject her... she would most probably continue to love him and be together with him. And if Yukito didn't know Touya, would he actually return Sakura love back, just as Clow "predicted"??

TRC and HOLiC are just one big series of fail-safes.
IF THIS DOESN'T WORK, THEN SURELY THIS ONE WILL!

Clow is also not an infalliable power. He has weaknesses and I believe that his vision of Yukito and Sakura was marred by his wish for Yue to find a special person/be less attached to him.
