And once again, I apologize for phrasing my question the way I did. When I'm stressed due to people and such, sometimes I don't think and say things incorrectly, without thinking if I would offend someone.

Actually, I thought "hell" and "stigmata" in the same sentence, especially when in reference to Chrno Crusade, was pretty funny. I was just too busy watching the HI MY BLOOD BURNS :D scene to do anything but sit there gobsmacked by the fact that, y'know, her blood was burning. Sorry for the confusion. ^^;

I cried at the end of that anime with the porch scene. SO happy to find out that the ending of the manga is much better. That seems to happen quite a lot. ^_^

Yeah, the porch scene's a heartbreaker. I thought it was the end, and then the timebar in the media player told me I had eight minutes left.

And then it all went to hell. :D;

I wouldn't read just the ending, I'd read the manga from the beginning. There are marked differences in style and story points, and the manga and anime really diverge at about Volume 4 (episode 14 for the anime). It's well worth it just to read the manga all the way through.
