I have read Empty Heart, which I loved because not only is the art gorgeous but the uke is really sensible *squishes him*! Death Note 4, my goodness, this story just gets better and more exciting ^_^! And I see 5 has just been released *grabby hands*! I also read the Gravitation novel, which I really enjoyed. i read empty heart in its scanlation form, and had to buy the manga. i really liked the story and the art. it's so beauitfully done. :)

I can understand why you had to get the manga ^_~! I hadn't read it before but Caroline recommended it very highly on exlibris76 for both the artwork and the plot, then when I saw the front cover on amazon I was sold ^_^!

As for 'better late than never' we certainly do have a French version of it; 'mieux vaut tard que jamais', which is actually exactly the same thing, only in French. Nothing like other phrases like, for instance, 'it's raining cats and dogs' which would be 'il pleut des cordes' in French...

Does that translate as 'it's raining ropes'? Because that makes a lot more sense than the whole cats and dogs thing! How that phrase came about I don't know, lol! I should try and find out...
