Found a place over on First Hill, about a mile and a half south of where I am now on Summit. It's actually pretty swank; The Landes Apartments, formerly The Landes Condos. I've just installed the Win7 beta on Amy. I am actually impressed -- not just not disappointed, mind you, but actually impressed -- by the first two hours of install and config. -

ISI Public Civics Test
Interesting quiz here on Civic Literacy from the Intercollegiate Studies Institute. Granted I know little about these folks or their charter, but the quiz does appear to be a good, broad survey of American civics.
I got out of 33 correct - 87.88 % In case you're interested, I missed Questions #8, #27, #29 and #33.
