i'm kind of in the same boat. i still have my bad diary days and drug dreams and lapses into quicksand-like feelings, but bootstraps: i am pulling myself up by them. i've been doing it more or less alone, and there's some comfort in knowing that i can mostly manage on my own, but i feel isolated sometimes. so i've been keeping an eye out for this sort of companionship, too. what i'm saying is that i appreciate what you write and i hope that we find what we're looking for!
