Last Monday, when I stepped onto the cross-trainer, I told myself I'll push me a little bit further. 5 more minutes of jogging, making it 25min on the machine.
I did it. 5min walk, 10min intervals, 10min jog, 3km in all.
I did that again for the next 2 gym sessions.
Today, I said to myself I want to push myself that bit further coz I think I can do it

I will not say I'm unfit when I can jog 5km for fun like you and another certain someone we both know very well who!
My dream is next visit, when we catch up, can include healthy activity before we go pig out! ;)
