I srsly have the exact same thing as you. Only, I love people, I make friends very easily, but I dislike the people in my town but I'm friends with them all. I can relate with anybody except people who are fake. I'm attracted to troubled backgrounds, too. Like the best picture I ever took was a wall with graffiti and chipping paint. I find depression as a guilty pleasure and to quote Three Days Grace: "I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all".
dude! i love people too. like can't live without fifty million of them surrounding me. depression and what people call "emo-ness" are defs my guilty pleasures. i just get so tired of being cheerful 24/7, and so i kind of wallow in the times when i don't feel so sunny. =] i completely agree with that quote. you're pretty deep for a kid... not that you're THAT much younger than me. it's great that you know yourself so well.
