I actually agree with his stance on Gitmo, in principle. And I don't watch 24.

As I recall, McCain was going to close Gitmo, too. So this is almost pre-ordained. In any case, the bad publicity surrounding the facility alone makes closing it kind of a gimme for a new administration.
