GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba (CNN) -- In one of his first acts in office, President Obama has ordered the U.S. government to suspend prosecutions of prisoners at Guantanamo Bay for 120 days, military officials said Tuesday.
Liberal: The opening of a heart-warming drama about a fresh-faced leader who doesn't let the beltway cynicism stop him from trying to change the country for the better; the shutting down of criminal prosecutions at Gitmo are a well-received olive branch by the Muslim community. His natural charm will also bring peace to the middle east, cure cancer and save the economy. All in his first week of office.
