I'm starting to get really malnourished and it sucks. My nails are getting ridges from calcium deficiency even though the only thing I eat regularly is cheese, I get black spots in the corners of my vision when I stand up from not enough iron, and I get white-hot muscle cramps that make me wanna scream from lacking potassium.
