Haha, I love how you list watching animes as a "to-do" list! It should be a pleasure, not an obligation, I think. But I have a good German friend who also lists watching anime/reading manga as a to-do list.

You know, I used to be completely infatuated with Death Note, and while I'm not anymore, to this day I think it was on a whole other level above and beyond any other anime/manga I've encountered, in many ways.

Yes, it is a to-do list. xD;; For me, 'cause I have been wanting to watch them but I kept putting them off, so it's really something I've been wanting to-do, I guess. :)

:O Really? I heard Death Note was so epic, I decided I should also watch it. And also Monster, 'cause Monster's scary and psychological.

You know, when I first watched Death Note, I had never heard of it before (I was totally unaware of all the hype). I was just studying for exams at the time and wanted to procrastinate, so I watched all the yaoi I could find online, and when that ran out, I wanted something else to watch. I watched the first ep of death note because I thought Light was hot, and I remember being far beyond impressed. I was like saying aloud to myself 'wow, this is /very/ good...' Just everything about it - the art, the complexity of the characters and the story, were above and beyond any anime I'd seen up to that point. After having watched the whole thing I can say it isn't perfect and it had let me down at times, I by no means idolize it - but even so, now that today I'm no longer in love with it like I once were, I still think it's on a level above anything else I'd seen. I think the fandom kinda ruined it for me eventually, people can be irritating in any fandom and eventually they kinda ruined it for me and my love waned, but if you can put that ( ... )

I think the fandom kinda ruined it for me eventually, people can be irritating in any fandom and eventually they kinda ruined it for me and my love waned, but if you can put that aside I recommend you watch it.Maybe this is the reason why I always leave certain places' fandom rather quickly because of annoying people. I bet there were the LightxL debates or something, since so many of them were shipping this pairing. I think that pissed everyone off for sometime. XD ( ... )

XD Well, you can link to the site when it's up and running.

Omg, your "to-do" list's filled with anime! Good luck with JR and especially your uni application! Hope everything goes well for you ;)

xD;; Awesome~

I know. It is. But seeing as I watch anime like I'm drinking water, my list should be longer than that. Those are the ones I've been wanting to watch but then RL just keeps getting in the way...

wow, that's a lot to do! I really want to see Death Note... but otherwise I've not heard of the other anime you listed.

what scanlation group are you joining, I wish I could do something other than read and proofread... but I'm a bit rusty even with those. (I don't know any other language enough to translate... I wish I did.)

Sounds like fun!!!

wow... some of those sound like something I'd like heheh. I may have to write them down and look for them on youtube or something.

No. sorry I don't know Japanese, I apologize for that misunderstanding. I do know some phrases and words but I can't read Kanji or anything. T_T I only can read a little Hebrew but I can't really translate as I'm so rusty and never really got good at remembering all the words I did learn as a kid, and again in college. I might be able to read or proofread the English cause that's my main language... but it's really up to you. I'm pretty busy dealing with taking care of my mom so I'd hate to be the reason why stuff got held up, so if you have others in mind maybe you should go with them for now. Sorry I can't be of more help

Lots of them are on YT. Kuroshitsuji II might still be, if no one has removed them. I'll have to source out download links then, if I can. I'll let you have some of them. If not, I'll upload the Death Note ones (but that means I'll need craploads of MediaFire account.). Or, you could try animeFTW.tv. That website has loads of anime for you in relatively high quality, though YT is also able to offer that, depending on the uploader though. That website requires you to download divX web player, though. As far as I know, they have Mushi-shi, all of the episodes and Death Note, also full series. Not sure if they are taken down yet ( ... )
