Jess & Alex Update Three

Oct 19, 2010 15:34

~*~*~*~*~*~*~

The sounds of the studio played loud through the house.

Alex had been working on his music all day. . . everyday. Every spare minute of everyday.

They were scheduled to go on tour soon and Jessi understood that he had to get things together. . . and spend a lot of time working, but all his time?

She never put anything before him and he's never been this distant and preoccupied before.

Maybe their time apart did change something?
Maybe he figured he could survive good enough without her.

She hated herself for feeling jealous but it's normal right?

It's normal to feel sadness when you feel someones being taken away?

~*~*~*~*~

Music was taking Alex away.
Him and Trevor spent more time in the studio than he did together with Jessi.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

However, music was something he loved.
He got a rush and high off of performing in front of a large crowd.

And their fans seemed to make all their hard work worth it.

But was all this really worth it?

~*~*~*~*~

It was just two days until their tour departure and Alex was busy making final arrangements.

Trevor stopped by to get in some last minute rehearsal and Jess greeted him with opened arms.

It was going to be weird not having Alex or Trevor around for the next few months.
The house would be so quiet without them.

Trevor got straight to work in the Garage.
He was putting a few finishing touches on their latest song and didn't mind some insight.

"Come tell me what you think of this," he yelled to Jess.

As usual the beat was loud and the words were really catchy.
She couldn't help but find herself completely swept up in the music.

"Sounds goooood," she said as she started dancing.

Trevor pumped the music even louder and the louder it got the sillier her moves did.

~*~*~*~*~*~

After all the fun Trevor hopped down to comment on her performance.

"We have an opening spot for a backup dancer," he teased.

"Yeah. That would really work out well.
I wanna be the hype girl instead," she giggled.

"hmmm, that can be arranged," he giggled.

"I'm not cheap though. . . so when you pitch it to Alex make sure you mention a steep fee," she teased.

"I'll be sure to do that," he laughed.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~

After that Jess & Trevor decided to take a break and come inside for a quick snack.

"So you have to tell me everything Alex won't," she giggled.

"What do you mean?" he laughed taking a sip.

"You know. The groupies and what not.

He won't tell me because he's worried I'll be worried. . . I won't be worried," Jessi smirked.

"You won't be worried," he asked suspiciously.

"Nope," she laughed sarcastically.

He laughed.

"Trust me, you don't have to be worried.
Your a good thing, Alex knows that," he smiled.

"That's sweet. . . not to sure I believe it but yeah," she giggled.

"You can always come and check up on us.
We do need our hype girl," he smiled.

"How would that look?
A fiance tagging along while girls are throwing themselves at you guys," she stated.

"We wouldn't mind," he laughed.

" Nah. . . I wouldn't want to do anything to screw up Alex's dream," she sighed.

. . .

"Aren't you Alex's dream?" he smiled.

"You know what I mean. . . " she giggled.

. . . .

"What's a couple months when your going to be spending the rest of your life with a person right?" she added.

It was clear to them both she wasn't trying to convince Trevor. . . she was trying to convince herself that being that long without him would be okay.

They both stood their quietly thinking.

. . .that was until something hit Trevor.

He'd been suppressing his feelings for this girl since they started this project. Was this something he really wanted to take to the grave. Was this something he was okay not acting on? Not finding out?

No. Trevor felt like this was the time to release them.
\If there was ever a time to see how she felt for him this was it.

So, without any expectation he kissed her.

When he release Jessi looked at him confused. . . wondering what just happened.

"I love you.
I can't. . . I can't hide it anymore," he stated softly.

She saw the sincerity in his eyes.
It seemed like his feelings were true but a big part of hadn't seen them until this moment.

How could he love her so deeply and she not know it.
Maybe she did but was too afraid to acknowledge it.

"I love you," he repeated again, this time clearly and with much conviction.

After a slight pause Jessi felt compelled to kiss.

~*~*~*~*~

Everything happened so fast after that, so much so that they were soon caught up in the bedroom.

~*~*~*~*~*~

After he left she was feeling guilty and even more confused.

She was recently questioning her relationship with Alex and whether they would be okay during the tour. . . this just added another element of chaos.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~

When Alex finally came home for the day she felt sick to her stomach.

He even bought her home a sweet surprise. . . a puppy named Snowflake.

"Someone to keep her company while I'm away."

Holding back her tears she tried her best to keep it together.

As he smiled & passed him to her, she knew that her feelings for Alex and her feelings for Trevor were on entirely different levels.

Alex was her true love and boy oh boy she screwed that up.

What was she gonna do? Come clean?

No.

She wouldn't tell him.
She couldn't.

This was something she would bring to her grave.
