People that smoke usually don't understand how us non-smokers feel. I've tried to explain to friends that I'm dissapointed and not mad, but they just don't get it. They think I'm trying to tear them down and stuff. Oh well. Best thing I know to do is pray for them.

you'd be surprised at how much they do understand. i think that you dont understand that disappointment is worse than anger. alot worse. when julie told me she was disappointed, i nearly cried. if she had told me she was angry at me for doing it, i honestly would've laughed in her face. disappointment hurts alot more than anger.
