Find out, at the time of the Tokyo Dome concert, who was the only one that didn't give Riida birthday present and so betrayed poor Riida's expectation. There's also the shocking Mario truth from Nino, promptly brought to light by Jun LOL Also, has scaredy-cat Shou chan finally overcome his unreasonable fear of heights? And Aiba chan, as usual, got bullied by Nino, fufufufufu.
To make a long story short (it really IS long), this MC is full of your usual Arashi-ness, if you know what I mean...
A TALK full of laughter that shows their close relationship

An indispensable part of any Arashi concert is the 5 members’ fun-filled talk. Coming up is a section you shouldn’t miss no matter what! And don’t forget to take a look at the 5 members’ old photos!!
Shou chan did a handstand during the flying!?
Please let us hear your singing voice in 「PIKA★NCHI」!
Shou: Iyah. Today we’re also excited.
Jun: The audience seems to have fun too!
(A big cheer in response to Matsumoto’s call!)
Shou: For me, the thing that surprised me the most today was when I listened to Aiba kun’s solo 「PIKA★NCHI」 earlier as I was changing my clothes in the back. When Aiba kun sang “merodi no nai uta ga arun da”, all at once, everyone responded with “dou yatte kimi ni tsutaereba ii”, right? (T/N: these sentences are from PIKA★NCHI :D I bet you girls all know this already?)
Aiba: …… Really (laugh)?
Shou: Maybe Aiba kun couldn’t hear it because you were too absorbed in singing, but over here we got ourselves all excited with that event (laugh)!
Aiba: That’s true (laugh). If everyone responds to me like that I would be really happy too. Well then, shall we try to do that once more?
Jun: Nice idea.
(With that said, Aiba once again sang the lyric a cappella, and from the audience’s seat came a loud and clear response)
Shou: Awesome, awesome! Then, how about trying to sing with a more manly passion this time? Because 「PIKA★NCHI」 has to be in a rather throaty voice after all. Try to change the lyrics from “kimi” to “omae” or something? (T/N: “kimi” and “omae” both mean “you”, but “omae” is much less polite, with a rougher sound)
Aiba: ‘kay, so I’m going with “omae” and with passion!
(Aiba purposely used a throaty voice and got a response with a manly sound!)
Shou: Iyah. That’s so nice.
Nino: Really nice. The best (laugh).
To tell the truth, I admired everyone (laugh)
Aiba: Today the tensions of our members are even higher than that of the audience. Shou chan is amazing, ever since the start!
Nino: When Shou chan was waiting on standby, he was amazing (laugh).
Aiba: In the opening, we made our appearance while being suspended from the balloon, didn’t we? The thing Shou chan hates the most.
Jun: Because of the height, right? (laugh)
Nino: But today, wasn’t he almost spinning around before coming onto the stage? It was amazing!
Jun: When we were in standby, our feet got lifted up from the ground a little bit, and so he did a handstand.
Nino: Was it an accident? Or did you really do it on your own? Which was it!?
Shou: Well then, shall I explain (laugh)?
Ohno: I want to know.
Nino: See, even Ohno san wants to know (laugh).
Shou: Up until today, when I saw everyone spinning around in the middle of the sky during the flying, I honestly yearned to be like that too. As I went along with the tour, I have come to get used to it, so I guessed maybe the time finally came for me to be able to spin around. Then, I thought that I’d definitely be able to, because it was not very high, and so I tried to do it……

Jun: But it was quite low back then. And you only did half a turn.
Nino: Why did it become a handstand?
Shou: I got scared and my hands reached out, so it ended up being a handstand. Actually I wanted to spin around and around too!!
Nino: What the? If you’ve got that much spirit then today you should have been able to spin already (laugh).
Hasn’t everyone grown tired of 「Allergy」??
Ohno burst out laughing at the sight of MatsuJun on the screen
Jun: Ohno san, earlier during 「Allergy」, you burst out laughing all by yourself. What happened?
Ohno: Somehow MatsuJun was really funny. When I took a look at the screen during the dance, I saw MatsuJun looking as if he’s having a really hard time (laugh).
Jun: That’s my most earnest face that you saw. Talking about that, this is just my thought, but isn’t everyone slacking off too much with 「Allergy」?

Shou: But for me, 「Allergy」 was the song that required the most willpower out of me during rehearsal. I’m teamed up with Aiba kun for the dance, but because Aiba kun was doing his drama, he didn’t come to the rehearsal much. Doing that dance alone was pretty embarrassing (bitter laugh).

Shou: In the middle, the other 3 were dancing, doing the pose with their arms crossed (as he said that, Sakurai did the dance move with his arms fluttering and took some steps forward. ※For illustration, please check the photo of Sakurai as he reproduced the dance. In the actual performance, Aiba does the same dance move and they cross each other).

Nino: By the way, earlier Riida made a mistake during his solo 「Kumori nochi, kaisei」, right? What’s more, he really loosely said “Ah~, I made a mis~take~”, you were trying to get away with it, weren’t you (laugh)?
Shou: There were a lot of people who looked forward to Riida’s 「Uta no onii san」!
Ohno: Um, I was surprised. So many children came wearing the same costume (laugh).

(T/N: Once again, in Japan there’s this form of stand-up comedy called manzai. In manzai, there are 2 roles: boke - a funny and usually foolish guy who is responsible for doing foolish things, and tsukkomi - a guy who is responsible for scolding the boke for his actions)
Jun: Anyway, we’ve made many mistakes, but that is also fun, isn’t it? Today’s already the last performance.
Aiba: That’s right! Let’s live for to……
Nino: Isn’t that nice? Ah, Aiba san, sorry, Aiba san’s “let’s live for today” has just disappeared.
Aiba: It’s all right, you don’t have to apologize!
Nino: Because you were making a “I made a good comment” face (laugh).
Aiba: Oi, stop picking at everything (sweat)! It’d be better if you let it go like the flow of a river.
Nino: What do you mean? “Flow of a river” (laugh).

Aiba: It’s the name of a famous song…… but anyway, stop picking at everything (sweat)!

Nino: It happened as early as 「Crazy Moon (~kimi・wa・muteki~)」, right?

Nino: Even though in the rehearsal, Shou chan has kindly told you that “you do not sing this part”.
Jun: He keeps singing our individual parts (laugh).
Shou: Including today, I’ve told him 3 times already (laugh)!

Shou: These days, when I talked with the people in the shops around my drama’s filming location, they’d say: “at Kouhaku, please wear “that”!”. With a little smile, they’d continue: “the outfit at the time of your debut that is” (laugh).
Jun: Because at that time, we dressed up so magnificently, didn’t we (bitter laugh)?
A shocking new truth! The “Mario” incident
Nino: Aiba san, in the next concert, you’d be 42 years old? (laugh)

Ohno: An orange jacket. Because normally I always wear all black, they said. It’s a pretty color, and I can even remove the hood if I want. Also, there’re two round holes in the tip of the sleeves where I can put my thumbs through.
Aiba: Sounds like it’s pretty cute. What kind of occasion is it used for?
Ohno: I was told that it’s “to be used for fishing”, but it’d be such a waste to wear it when I go fishing~.
Nino: They bought it for you specially for fishing purpose, so you’d better wear it.
