things. are. awesome.

my plan totally worked, things came together, and i'm now a student at the french pastry school. it's amazing. i'm so excited every day to go, i love being there, and for the first time ever i have a '5 year plan.' for the first time, i feel like i'm doing something because it's what I want to be doing, not because it's ( Read more... )

i think they have it at a bunch of places (i just googled 'giant cupcake pan') but here's one link i found:

the only problem is, with a pan that size and depth, it really needs to be a bundt pan. there's no way for the middle to cook without overcooking the outside. i'm trying to come up with a way to ghetto-rig it and make it work. either that or just make a bunch of molten lava cakes.
