Not all us Brits like Doctor Who, in fact I can't stand it. X-Files was a childhood staple for me too, so I'm 100% with you on this. VOTE SCULLY EVERYONE! though you know I'm going to have to vote Buffy in the next bracket right? I can't believe that I go out for 2 hours, and come home to find she's loosing. Bad fandom, very bad.
I figure if Scully makes it to the next round, it'll be a fight over who influenced whom's childhood the most. But frankly, I think Donna Noble grew up watching The X-Files.
Yes, definitely will be a battle over who was more influential in our own lives. Haha, so true. She seems quite awesome, though I can't get the image of the actress who plays her (Catherine Tate) saying "yeah but, no but", which is one of the most annoying comedy sketches EVER, out of my head. That may possibly have influenced me even more to vote against her.
