It's def possible.
Maybe work out twice a day.
DO your usual work out, then before bed you should run again if you can. Or do a couple days of fasting. I'm stuck right now at 193 but I'm fasting today and going to the gym tonight. I plan on getting to 180 by next week and I KNOW i can do it. :D

i suggest changing your calorie intake everyday for example one day have like day 1: 500
day 2: 300
day 3: 200
day 4: 400
day 5: 100
and if you fast then fast one day then go back to like 250.
this way it tricks you're metabolism. hope that helps! stay strong<3
