I KNOW!!!! I'm gonna be gettin' the wig/bang piece when my father's cashola comes in in a week or so. I'm thinking I'm just gonna tease the hell out of the roots, and set it with something really hardcore just to give it some oomph, since all I need to do is separate two pieces in the front. I know you can use silicone caulk for ringlets, do you think I could use that to set the teasing in the roots, or is there anything else you can think of? Maybe just some Aqua-net, so it can be washed and redone as easy maintainance?

I'm gonna start drafting a pattern tomorrow - and by "drafting" I mean cutting out some pieces with some existing patterns REALLY larger than needed, so I can stick 'em on my dress form and alter them there with muslin :)
