Blood for my Country

I was afraid that my blood pressure would be too high for me to give blood with a donation before a presidential election and after a a time change. Fortunately, my blood pressure was a good 110 over 80. My donation went well.

My next donation is New Year's Eve. I could of delayed it by a week, but blood is in critical demand around the holidays.
