I should of known that my blood donation was when trouble when the area around the needle started to burn as soon as the nurse put the needle in. Pain only lessen a little when she adjusted the needle for better flow. After a few minutes, they got enough blood to fill the test container but shortly after that they decided to give up. Ouch! A botched needle insertion can not be comfortable.

Do you still have to wait a full 8 weeks even though you did not give any more than you would have for a routine blood test?
