Changing my life is hard, and I often don't know how much progress I'm making, which makes it kind of discouraging sometimes, but I'm pretty sure my progress is "not as much as I want, but definitely more than nothing", so that is enough to keep moving forward

I'm trying to get my life a little more in order, too...trying to sleep earlier, trying to wake up earlier, trying to eat better...
I think I'm slowly getting there. And I know you are too~
Everything takes time, you will reach your goals, just keep moving towards them slowly.

it's not that i was literally trying to change my whole life but i wanted to change something about it and i'm already at it. it doesn't feel as good as i thought it would but it's better than hanging around at home feeling sorry for myself.
i also still have problems waking up early and when it's the weekend i kind of crash down and sleep unhealthy amounts of time but...hey, i'm occupied 5/7 of the week so it's better than nothing indeed. for someone who goes to work regularly since years it might seem like nothing, but for me it's quite something.
and that's why i believe you did great until now :) don't talk yourself down on anything you do, because it's your choices and no matter how long it takes to achieve your goals it's all good unless you don't stop! :D
