Can anyone recommend an exercise regimen that would help me reduce the belly and most importantly my FRAP????
My weight loss is ok - am down to a comfy, slighty loose 40 waist now (under mah belly like men should wear them), but I am beginning to hate seeing myself naked in the mirror cuz my FRAP seems to be growing - instead of shrinking like "mah

You're not alone. Mine has decided to stay the way it is too, with 6 inches gone from my waist in 6 months, I noticed a, um "overhang" lopping over the boys. Guess when I was heavier it was there, I just never SAW it.

Hehe...anyway, for a great workout program check out www.x-size.com it's a really great program that provides for incredible gains and also weight loss. However, I'm not sure how well it works on the FRAP. But I'll be happy to keep an eye on yours and let you know how it's going. ;-)
