For all the Exercise guys out there....

Can anyone recommend an exercise regimen that would help me reduce the belly and most importantly my FRAP????

My weight loss is ok - am down to a comfy, slighty loose 40 waist now (under mah belly like men should wear them), but I am beginning to hate seeing myself naked in the mirror cuz my FRAP seems to be growing - instead of shrinking like "mah belly".

Any advice would be GREATLT APPRECIATED.
