Joshua had been trying to find his classrooms, and the next stop was the art room.

Which happened to contain someone he knew.

"Hey there~" Not really caring if Mr. H was busy (though he didn't look it), Joshua walked in and sat on one of the front desks with a wave. "A little late setting up the classroom, I see." His eyes wandered towards the winks with a raised eyebrow.

At the voice, three heads turned, and one jar of whiteboard erasers went flying. Thankfully the Mink who had been carrying it was near enough that with a quick thought from Sanae, the flying jar was safe once more.

Sanae turned and set the box of paint brushes down, "Hold on a sec, Josh." At the same as the two mink noise whirling down to eye the ashen haired student. When he turned back, they pulled back, whirling slowly around him like some sort of strange aura.

The Japanese man rubbed the back of his head looking sheepish, "Hi there, yea it's been pretty hectic around here." Flicking one of the minks irritably when it flew into his face, "How have you been settling in?"

Joshua smiled a little as the minks came over his face, but he directed his attention to the teacher once they left him. "Alright, I suppose. Do you need any help?" He waved a hand in the vague direction of the jars. It wasn't like he had anything better to do at the moment- plus, he was curious about the little creatures.

Sanae glanced at the minks, before he sent them back to their duty of arranging his shelves. They were a couple of his favorite creatures to use for tasks like this--the wolves couldn't reach high enough and the raven's wings gusts would knock things over.

"I suppose I could use another brain on the job." Not hands because he could just make another pair if he needed them...

Sanae settled his expression better into a friendly smile, picking back up the box of paint brushes and offering Josh another box of clay-working tools to sort out. "Just put all the ones that are the same into a can."
