You sing really well.

You're Mio, right? You startled me a little sorry.
[An after thought blush spread over her cheeks as the praise finally registered.] Thanks.

The sound of the wind whispering through the trees is soon joined by a singing voice, and curious, Sasori follows the sound to find Ranka. He chooses to observe and listen quietly until her song is finished rather than interrupt; it's just as calming as the natural spectacle he'd been enjoying beforehand.
He smiles.]
That was quite lovely. You truly have a talent for singing.

Sasori! Thanks! I didn't realize anyone else was out here.
[She doesn't mind though and gives him a small smile before her eyes drift back to the lake. The lake was especially beautiful tonight between the reflection of the darkening sky and the bright fall foliage surrounding it.]
Sometimes when I'm alone I just can't help but sing, it's almost like if I didn't I'd burst for keeping it all inside.

[He moves to stand next to her, his own gaze also shifting back to the lake. Both the beauty of the vista before him and Ranka's song have relaxed him, moreso than he's been in some time, and it shows.]
I understand that feeling well. It's always been the same for me and my art, ever since I was very little. Once inspiration strikes, I can't rest until I've expressed it by creating something new.

[She lapsed into silence for a while, just enjoying the view and the company. Slowly the fact that it's cold is catching up to her but she's pushing this knowledge off as best as she can not wanting it to spoil the moment. It was rare to see him so comfortable seeming and she didn't want to mess that up for him.]
Mmmhm! [She nods, glad that at least someone understands how it can get.] I'm trying to be more open with it. It wasn't too long ago that I didn't want anyone to hear me sing at all.

[She's in Vocal class, isn't she? Spin doesn't want to interrupt, but he is enjoying listening, so he stops to take in the melody. He doesn't know if she really wants spectators, so he keeps a bit back.]

[The song ends and she turns, having sensed something else present no tlong after he'd arrived. Turning she offered him a shy smile, cheeks flushed slightly whether from embarrassment or the weather was unknown.]
Oh. You're Spin right? You're in some of my classes I think.

Ah, yeah, that's me. And, um, you're Ranka, aren't you? Um, the music, it was... it was good. Sorry for eavesdropping, though.

That's right. I'm Ranka, Ranka Lee we haven't really gotten to talk much before now. You think so? I'm glad you liked it. What? Oh no! You don't need to apologize! It's not uncommon for people to come down to the lake after all.

[Looking as he walks, the Italian only glances down at the singing. And then he just listens, eyes closed. And when she's done, Lovino heads over. With the green hair, it's easy to recognise her, she's one of the pretty girls in his vocal class. Her name escapes him though, for the moment.]
... You're going to get a cold.

I hadn't even noticed it was cold until you mentioned it.
[There's a teasing accusation to her tone, but any venom the sentence might have carried was neatly avoided by the general good humor in her tone and expression. Now very conscious of the fact that evenings got chilly rather quickly in November, Ranka cross her arms over her chest, rubbing her hands over goose-bumped skin in an effort to warm herself.]
Brrr. Fall and winter look really pretty but I'm going to miss how warm it is during the summer.
Reply
Same... I hate winter, it's too cold. It looks like it's going to be even colder here.
[Like the gentleman Nonno had raised him to be, Lovino noticed the shivers and in return offered Ranka his own jacket. It wasn't like he was going to freeze after all, he did have a long sleeved top and jeans on, where Ranka only had her dress. It was only polite to try and help her.]
Here. This should help, si?

New York gets quite a bit colder than L.A I've heard. I've heard it's really pretty at least?
[Looking up she shook her head, frowning a little.] But won't you get cold then? I wouldn't want you to get sick or anything just because I forgot to bring a jacket from the dorms.
