Kasanoda walked up to the bike and the old man. Pulling his hands out of his pockets he gave the butler guy a wave of greeting. Kasanoda didn't mind helping out around the mansion, sure he was from a rather wealthy family himself, but that didn't mean he didn't like getting his hands dirty every once in awhile. Plus he was still trying to figure this place out...what better way to do that than to go around town running errands.

It needed to happen sooner or later, Norman. mechanicalsong January 11 2010, 00:22:36 UTC
Helping Norman run errands was the least Dorothy could do to show her appreciation for his hard work around the school, and his late afternoons of sharing any old story he could remember with her. With the amount of effort he put in to being an asset to the school, she truly doubted there was another staff member who might match his standards of dedication, friendliness, and hard work.

Another student was already standing with Norman at the bike. Dorothy nodded to both of them as she approached. "Do we have a lot of errands today, then?"

"Ah, Master Kasanoda, Miss Dorothy, thank you so much for taking the time to help me," Norman greeted the teenagers with a bow, sparing an extra smile for Dorothy. The young woman had a reserve that others might have found off putting, but for Norman she was really quite a charming young woman, and he was glad to see she had begun to settle in to life in the mansion.

"Why yes I'm afraid. There is laundry to drop off, groceries to purchase, and packages to mail. Please, take your helmets and jackets, and we will be on our way, and afterward I'll have to give you both a little reward." Norman had taken the time to give them both personalized helmets and jackets that actually matched their outfits. How did he manage that?

The world may never know.

Kasanoda hadn't realized he was being joined on this trip by a girl. Oh great, now this was going to be awkward. He was always horrible around girls. He took a deep breath, mentally assuring himself that he'd gotten better since Ouran and that actually a lot of the girls here were fairly nice to him. Blushing terribly, he nodded back at Dorothy, a little stiff, but trying to be smooth.

"It's nothin' I don't mind doin' errands and stuff," he replied to the butler guy, Norman. He wouldn't have volunteered if he minded, right? Kasanoda moved over to the bike and pulled out the jacket and helmet from the side car, blinking in surprise at how nice they looked...not to mention they seemed to match his outfit. He had not rode on a bike before, even though several members of the Syndicate owned bikes. As he pulled the jacket on he looked back at Norman when he mentioned the reward, "Aah! You don't have to do that!"
