Welcome to the teaching staff, Dr. Brennan. My name is Enjolras and I teach international relations.

What was your doctorate in, if you don't mind my asking?

Ah, a colleague! Pleasure to meet you.

I've earned my doctorate at Northwestern University in Forensic Anthropology. I am also certified by the ABFA, the American Board of Forensic Anthropology. Very few of us admitted there, sadly enough - less than one hundred.

That sounds quite impressive - I'm sure you'll be an asset to the team.

I would offer my assistance in case you had any problems, but it sounds like you are acquainted with some of our staff already?

Thank you very much for saying so. I hope to be a positive influence around the children as well.

If there is something in which I need help with, I would not hesitate to ask. But yes, I do know two of them: Ms. Montenegro, and Dr. Addy.

Dr. Brennan!?

I- I mean- wow. This was not a possibility I gave proper thought to. I mean Dr. Brennan is an amazing anthropologist, and one of my favorite current authors... Do I take her class. I mean Anthropology is a very interesting and highly engaging pursuit. As well as its practical application to the field of criminal investigation. Also Daphne would be very jealous-

This is recording, I should delete this and make sure it doesn- *sounds like somebody fiddling with the keyboard before the audio cuts*

Yes?

Well, you are free to choose whether or not to sign up and come to my class; it would be great to know that I might potentially have a student that is genuinely interested in it and thinks of the possibilities of such endeavors.

Nothing much, just starting to get used to the idea of teaching two completely different classes.

Though I also thank you very much for welcoming here. As we're both in the field of the sciences, I hope that we can get along well together. Your teaching combat is also something that I think I can relate to, in a way. I have been learning and mastering several fighting styles for many years. If you would not mind it, I would like to sit in one of your combat classes and observe.

Yeah, it can be challenging, but it also pushes you to be creative and stuff. I'm sure you'll do fine.

Me too. Oh, so your interested in martial arts. I've been involved in it since I was a kid so it's near and dear to me. I wouldn't mind you stopping by for a class. I try to have a combination of traditional martial arts styles in my class as well as weapons fighting and street fighting.

The sciences are facts and figures and things that I know like the back of my hand. Teaching telepathy, on the other hand, is indeed something that will require some creativity due to the different nuances between person to person that has the ability.

I've done traditional styles, even ones that require weapons for some of their forms. Though I do not have much experience with street fighting. That would seem to be a rather interesting thing to observe.

Oh, then it seems that I will be seeing you around in my classes, Spock. I hope that my classes will prove to be rather informative and quite useful.

Yes, Bred in the Bone was a most excellent read.

I am sure that your class will be most informative. I am really looking forward to learning about Earth cultures and societies.
