It really liked Plant-kun so I had to keep it from eating the leafs or something.

You might want to be careful, young sir. Some species of cockroaches can reproduce without mates; you may have a swarm sooner than you wanted.

They also release allergens that have been linked to asthma. I certainly hope you're not allergic.

Also, they carry microbes on their skin that can be quite hazardous to humans.
