OMFG!!! I just got done with a 2 hour bike ride that kicked my ass way worse about halfway out (1/4 of the way through the entire ride) than it did when I finished. I'm pretty exhausted, but feel pretty fuckin' stoked that I pushed myself (and SUCCEEDED!) so much

TOO late! We Sag's are kinda over-achievers, ya know.?! I'm definitely sore today, but will be back on the bike by Thursday at the latest.
Are you stretching beforehand?
Apparently not as much as I should, although I was always told that stretching after a workout (when your muscles are warmed up) was more important.

I also noticed one of the local bike shops is conveniently located 5 feet off the Path. I'd seen it before from car, but never understood why they were "so far off the road" with poor signage. It's because the signage, front door, and everything are (very wisely) oriented to the Bike Path.
I think that not counting the exercise and sun I'm getting, I like the way biking literally shows me another point of view, which I'm always a big fan of.
