Hover your mouse over the lower right icon that looks like an arrow pointing up, and clicky on the flag looking thing that pops up. It should reduce the size of the video, and on the right you will see code for "embed" & "URL". Simply C&P the "embed" code into your comment (or anywhere in LJ AFAIK) and there ya go!
