It does take work, but doesn't anything that's worthwhile? Just like one has to work at a good relationship - you can't expect to do nothing and have it all be perfect all the time.

I also think that sometimes Happiness requires a total shake-up, a leap into the unknown, an act of bravery, or even an act of destruction.

Over a year ago, I ended a very complicated and ultimately unfulfilling relationship, moved out on my own for the first time ever despite being terrified of it, and then moved hundreds of miles away to a city I'd never even visited. Best damn decisions of my life. :)

It is quite funny how many people seem to act this way. Even if they pay lip service to "needing to work on things" in whatever relationship is in question, most people still "never get around to doing the work on the relationship".

My Relationship with Happyness grows each and every day ;-)
