They are yummy and now that I have molds they are quick and easy to make. I will probably be making these more often now instead of sandwiches and putting various fillings in them. They are pretty filling too!

These molds make it so easy and quick to do. I can see myself making variations of them a lot more often and during the summer when I know I am going to be busy. I can just make some up in the mornings now and have a plate ready to go and snack on during the day. Also, when I have to go someplace I can make these instead of sandwiches and pack for lunches. I seriously don't know why I didn't get molds earlier on.
